About Silvia
Silvia Anders is the CEO of District Home Loans. She is also a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator with over 17 years of experience. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maryland University College in 2007.
In the duration of being a student, she began a career as a Mortgage Loan Originator in 2003 and discovered that numbers and helping others are her true passion. Helping customers make life-changing decisions is her calling. Moreover, empowering a team to do the same provides her with enormous gratification. She values learning from others, genuine connections and hearing about other people’s goals and how she possibly help. Early in her career, Silvia learned how rewarding it was to help minority families fulfill the “American Dream” of homeownership, and wealth building opportunities it presents.
Over the years, she has helped numerous families achieve their dream of purchasing a home. Moreover, she now has the privilege to assist their children with pleasure.
When she is not working, she spends time with her family and her amazing 90-pound labradoodle, Max. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and finding ways to help each team member grow.
